Milwaukee Ale House is the brew-pub and original location for Milwaukee Brewing Company. Milwaukee Brewing doesn’t have a tap room and only provides ticketed tours. We couldn’t make a tour and weren’t that interested anyway – so we opted for the brew pub which still makes small batches of MKE brand beer. The brew pub has a decent menu of pub food and plenty of tables, but we weren’t there for food today. We had their popular Outboard Cream Ale, and Oatmeal Stout and Milk Stout. We took advantage of the guest tap list and had some other Wisconsin beers we couldn’t find at home. Overall, a nice destination for some pints and a bite to eat. We’d love to stop by for lunch on our next visit to Milwaukee.
