Another quick, local stop at a new brewery that opened up near our house. Prairie Krafts is actually near my office as well, and I originally heard about it from my physical therapist which is next door. I was optimistic, would be nice having a brewery close to the office (besides The RAM) to grab a pint after work. I was not that impressed, of course could be they were early batches and still adjusting. I will go back again at some point to see if that is the case – but I’m in no rush; plenty of better beer to have in Chicago.
