Asheville Brewing was fairly crowded when we got there. It is also a pizza restaurant and we’d just caught the end of the lunch crowd. We ordered a couple pints at the bar and went out to their beer garden. It was bit colder, so only a few people were out there. Luckily when we finished our first round we went in for more, and found a spot at the bar.
We enjoyed the jalapeno beer, Fire Escape, the Ninja Latte coffee porter – with coffee brewed from Asheville’s Mountain Air Roasting, as well as the Ninjabread Man Porter with caramelized ginger, vanilla beans, toasted cinnamon, pureed raisins, and molasses.
