Flesk Brewing has been around a few years, I’d seen them at various festivals, but I had yet to be to their taproom. I’m not sure when the taproom opened, but I have to think it was recent as I had not seen it as an option on other recent searches.
Anyway, we stopped in for a late Sunday pint and had a nice quiet time. They had quite a few beers on tap with the late football games on the TV. Even though they had a decent amount of people at the bar, most the tables were empty and it was a pretty laid back crowd. Flesk is a bit out of the way to be a normal stop for us, and there isn’t anything unique to draw us out there but – being so close to downtown Barrington I can see it having a nice draw of locals.
