Spent this weekend building a new 3-tier gravity system and picked up a new 10 gallon kettle by Anvil to serve as my mash tun. Converted my old 5 gallon pot to a hot liquor tank by adding a ball-valve and thermometer as well.

Added some sheet metal to the 2’x2′ platforms for extra heat insurance and the sake of cleaning.
