Right in the middle of Catawba and the Funkatorium we found Twin Leaf Brewing. Large tasting room with plenty of seating, but we were able to slide up to the bar for a tasting flight.
I’ve been really into Belgian styles lately, and during our visit I had a a Basil Tripel that was quite good. The basil and the Belgian yeast made an interesting and refreshing pairing. They had a few other interesting combinations, like Purple Tater Majesty, a Belgian Golden Strong with purple potatoes and a Rosemary IPA.
