Off Color Brewing has been making excellent beer out of Chicago and I was looking forward to a tour of their facility since they don’t have a tasting room. It happened to be my sisters birthday and she joined us and my homebrew club, North Urban Brewing Society (NUBS), for our tour. We didn’t get to sample much beer, just a couple – but we did catch one of the owners/brewers filling kegs and got him to answer some questions. After picking up some items in the bottle shop we were ready to move on and enjoy the rest of our day.
