The Source is a hotel and beer bar/restaurant. This was our lodging for our one night in Denver and what a spectacular choice for beer lovers.  As expected with a beer hotel we received a complimentary sample of beer when we checked in. We then had a delicious meal in the rooftop bar with New Belgium beers (some made in the onsite ground floor brewery). I wasn’t sure if I wanted to call this a brewery or beer bar — sure they brew onsite under the New Belgium brand … but I was going to the main New Belgium brewery later on the trip so – beer bar it is.

The Source, at the time, also had a small tap room for Crooked Stave Brewing which also had some excellent beers on tap. Alas, this location has since closed. But The Source is also a marketplace – so later in the evening we had some BBQ at one of the many vendors in the two story marketplace.
